www.carauctionlist.co.uk and its services are available for the motor trade network only. Only companies or individuals registered in the automotive sector can become members of CarAuctionList. Proof may be required in the form of letterhead paper and copies of trade related invoices.
In no circumstances shall CarAuctionList be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever or any loss of business, capital, profit, reputation or goodwill. CarAuctionList accepts no liability for any telephone bills or associated costs arising from the use of our services.
Although CarAuctionList takes every care to avoid mistakes we do not accept liability for clerical errors. Advertisers must check for errors and must notify us by fax or email on the day of publication of the advertisement.
Neither CarAuctionList nor any of its employees, nor affiliated companies, suppliers, nor any of their employees, make any warranty, expressed or implied, or assume any legal liability (to the extent permitted by law) or responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information contained on the www.CarAuctionList.co.uk or any material broadcasted by other means.
CarAuctionList supplies information to its trade members in good faith for use in the ordinary course of their business and not for any other commercial gain or purpose.
CarAuctionList has absolutely no involvement in any vehicle transaction that may result from our distribution of information.
CarAuctionList reserves the right to revise its services or withdraw access to part or all of it at any time.
2. Interactive services
CarAuctionList is not responsible for any irregularities in the www.carauctionlist.co.uk WEB and Email service or possible losses due to the irregularities. The CarAuctionList member must accept minor irregularities in the CarAuctionList WEB and Email service.
As a user you agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the correct working of the CarAuctionList software or our Web site. As a member you agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
The Login and Password issued to you are strictly for use only by the CarAuctionList member and their staff. Members are not permitted to distribute their Login and Password to other companies, individuals or organisations. Users found to be doing so may have their membership revoked and may face legal action.
3. Prices & Payment for membership
PLEASE NOTE: www.carauctionlist.co.uk is a “Trader only” service.
Users are charged either monthly (£5) or annually (£30) to view an unlimited number of catalogues from our expansive national database.
Auction catalogues are updated online no more then 24 hours before the auction takes place. We can also email catalogues directly. Please call 01274 700 600 to inquire about this service.

Cancellation:
Can only take place by letter, fax, email. CarAuctionList will record a cancellation on the date of the receipt of the cancellation. CarAuctionList reserves its right to demand proof of cancellation.
CarAuctionList invoice the annual memberships at the end of each calendar month. Payment is required within 14 days of the date of invoice. If payment is not made within this time period Trade2Trade reserves the right to impose interest on the balance at the rate of 8% per annum calculated on a daily basis. If we believe it to be necessary we will exercise our statutory right to claim for debt recovery costs under the late payments legislation.
Trade2Trade will reserve the right to commence legal proceedings to recover the invoice sum plus accumulated interest and will seek indemnification in respect of all legal & debt recovery costs.

Any CarAuctionList publication, web site information, email information and its contents belong to Trade2Trade Ltd. No Part of this publication can be copied, stored, recorded or transmitted by any means without the written consent of Trade2Trade Ltd. which reserves all rights in respect of it.
